This film is great, and I remember seeing it at the cinema back in 2006, during the height of Ugly Betty. It definitely takes me back to that era.
Although this film does raise some questions...
Like, how the hell is there a reference to Emily in Paris in 2006?
We had to re-watch this classic before watching The Devil Wears Prada 2, and it still holds up brilliantly almost 20 years later.
One thing's for sure, Stanley Tucci is an absolute legend! He makes this film and provides some of the best blunt, dark comedy moments throughout. It really wouldn't have been the same without him.
Now bring on The Devil Wears Prada 2.
