Go (1999)

"If there's no body.. there's no crime"
It's been 5 years since I last watched this film and I'm still spotting new things. With a great cast, brilliant script and a superb soundtrack this really is a classic and soon to become a film I watch every Christmas 🎄
5/5
The Matrix (1999)

Still brilliant, still epic! 15 years on and it doesn't look too dated... It's still holding it's own. It will always be one of my all time favs.
Go (1999)

IMDB rated Go 7.3 which isn't bad for an IMDB rating, but to me, it's 10/10 or 5/5. That's the beauty of rating my own films as they are all relative to me and the time I watched them.
I first watched Go back in 1999 in the cinema and it brings back great memories of the of a simpler time.
Go was groundbreaking at the time with a new concept of film where the same story was shown from different peoples perspective.
With some brilliant dialogue and an awesome cast it has to be 5/5
P.S. I've still got the VHS original of the film
Analyze This (1999)
I enjoyed it, I think it's been over 10 years since I've seen it last and I didn't remember a thing about it. Its the perfect warm up to The Sopranos. Bada Bing. 3/5
Cruel Intentions (1999)
"Whenever I feel the temptation of peer pressure, I turn to god"
13 years ago amongst the pressures of University and family problems rose this film. I was asked to go see this film in the cinema whilst not knowing or even heard of this film it certainly left a lasting impression. The story is great, deception, lies and deceit and that's just Sarah Michelle Gellars role!
I love seeing the Retroness of the Internet 13 years later, the technology may have aged but the story hasn't. The soundtrack is fantastic which has blended perfectly with the film. Rodger Kumble has done a brilliant job of directing this film. 5/5
Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999)
Another zany Austin Powers film, you can't help but laugh as some of the comic elements of the film 3/5
