Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) [Cinema]

Still surreal and even better the 2nd time round. Brilliant. Dobie! Dobie! 5/5

Father of the Bride 2 (1995)

What the heck Steve Martin... I thought that this was meant to be a film about a wedding, not kids! If I wanna see kids I'll look at my own. 2/5

Astro Boy (2009)

Brilliant graphics and visually stunning but the story is a bit boring. Some of the robots are cool 2/5

A Turtle's Tale: Sammy's Adventure (2010)

A cute film about a turtle and his girl.. With a few friends thrown in. 3/5

Deck The Halls (2006)

This is the 3rd consecutive year I've watch this film. It still hasn't got any better. Some funny moments but that's about it. Danny Devito is better off sticking to Its always sunny in Philadelphia. 2/5

The Flintstones (1994)

Yabba Dabba Don't 2/5

Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013) [Cinema]

Surreal, this film is on a whole new level. Some amazing jokes and scenes. Bloody brilliant! 5/5

Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004)

This film is amazing but it will require a certain amount of suspension of disbelief.

Don't try and justify or understand it, just go with the ride and what a wacky ride it is. The cast is brilliant, the script is awesome and it makes the 70s seem kinda rad. 5/5

Brewster's Millions (1985)

The tag line of the film is 'Rags to riches story' but this film is far from that. Throughout the film you're constantly on Brewster's side and are rooting for him.

The film is brilliantly cast, produced and directed and makes me jealous that I never had a chance to visit New York City in the 80s.

Brewster's Millions is one of my all times favourites and I'll always love it. 5/5

Kick-Ass 2 (2013)

I have to say that Kick-Ass 2 is remotely better than Kick-Ass, maybe it's something to do with the cast being that slightly bit older. It had some entertaining moment but I was sadly bored. Jim Carrey was cool. 3/5

Home Alone (1990)

This horror film is actually my favorite Christmas film.  I call this a horror film because before having children I thought it would be pretty cool to live in a giant American house on my own, eat candy and fight off useless baddies, but now that I have children I can't help but feel for the parent and can't anything worse to happen to my kids.  Damn you kids for ruining my favorite Christmas film. damn you! 5/5

Oceans 11 (2001)

Before Batman was Batman he was Danny Ocean who hired a crack commando team, no wait... that's A-Team.... After Dr. Doug Ross left the Emergency Room he changed his identity and decided to hire 10 people to rob a casino... not just 1 Casino but 3 Casinos.  Anyway, he hires a crew, gets the girl and gets the money... the middle bit of the film is pretty good too.  Watch it. 4/5

Pacific Rim (2013)

I'll say it! I'm not afraid... Pacific Rim reminded me of Power Rangers and I'm not even ashamed about that.

Giant Robots - Power Rangers Zords
Zordon - Idris Elba.
Jaeger Pilots - Power Rangers
Kaiju - Rita's monsters enlarged
Mako - Alpha 5

The list goes on. Overall it was a good film, action till the end but the thing that let it down was I didn't really care if the humans won or not, the film lacked the emotional connection for me to get excited. 3/5

RoboCop (1987)

Before Peter Weller was enemy of The Federation he was a Cop, but not just any cop, he was RoboCop. A cyborg sent from the future, no wait. A cyborg created by a multinational conglomerate. Anyway, a lot of stuff gets blown up, Mr Singh fixes the IT system then all is well once again. 5/5

Dhoom (2004)

Not as good as I remember... It's cheesy, over the top and a bit surreal. I kind of enjoyed it. 2/5

8 Mile (2002)

Who knew Eminem could act? Yep not me. It's been years since I've seen this film and the final battle is what it's all about. 4/5

White Men Can't Jump (1992)

Before Snipes was Blade, he played basketball with the guy with a hook who used to play 10 Pin Bowling. Anyways, they become friends hustled some people, fell out, became friends again and then someone went on Jeopardy.

Brilliant film with an amazing script, amazing acting and some awesome Basketball. 5/5

Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (1977)

Back before Indiana Jones was a teacher he was a Space Cowboy. He travelled the galaxy with his human dog like friend. Met up with this dude from a world that has 2 suns and they set off to bring down Darth Joffi Jaffa Vader, The King of Zamunda Empire. Anyway, they blow up this egg thing then party time! Wooo! 5/5

Grown Ups 2 (2013)

Fun family film and a perfect continuation from Grown Ups. Not as funny to start but it's totally redeemed by the last party/fight. 4/5

Escape Plan (2013) [Cinema]

I really enjoyed this film, it's your typical Arnie and Sly action film, plenty of guns, action and cheese! 3/5

Man Of Steel (2013)

Insane is the only word I can use to describe this film. It's a brilliant new take on Superman. I just can't get over the state of metropolis after Kal and Zod's fight! 5/5

The Heat (2013)

Sandra Bullock 3/5

Pineapple Express (2008)

Totally zany and a great stoner movie. Seth and James are awesome. I remember seeing this when it first came out... Well at least the start. 3/5

Van Wilder: Party Liaison (2002)

Love it, still is and always be one of my all time favourite films. Full of cheap jokes and laughs, how can you not like Van Wilder.... Even if it's sponsored by Volkswagen! 5/5

The Money Pit (1986)

I quite like this film, it's for anyone who's moved new home and not really taken into consideration the costs of renovation. How young does Tom Hanks look?? 3/5

Rocket Singh: Salesman Of The Year (2009)

"Even Spider-Man has to take risks"

Brilliant, heart warming and thought provoking. It's not like any Bollywood film I've ever seen! 4/5

Star Trek Into Darkness (2013)

Superb, it's brilliant and I loved every minute of it again. It's still a great ending to the trilogy. 5/5

Link to cinema review

Fast & Furious 6 (2013)

Still fun and silly but I still like it! Sooooo cheesy and over the top... How long is that runway anyway?? 4/5

The Rise & Fall of a White Collar Hooligan (2012)

A cross between a cockney Gangsta film and a some crazy ass fraud flick. Not a bad watch but that's about it... 2/5

How High (2001)

It has mixed reviews on IMDB and it's not for everyone but it's perfect for me. I love it, the script is awesome, the cast is brilliant and it is what it says on the tin. Method Man & Redman are perfect roles in this film. BUFU! 5/5

Zombieland (2009)

Pretty good film and I ain't seen it since it was released in 2009. After the Walking Dead this shows the lighter side of a Zombie Apocalypse. Woody Harrelson is awesome as ever! 4/5

We're The Millers (2013)

I enjoyed it, it was a fun family film. Sadly it's not memorable and I probably won't see it again in a hurry. 3/5

Iron Man 3 (2013)

Superb, and a perfect ending to the Iron Man trilogy. There's just one little thing about how they will bring back Iron Man for Age of Ultron! 5/5

They'll..... Never..... See.... Me..... Coming, brilliant. I was slightly disappointed when I 1st saw the film but it's much better the 2nd time round without all the hype. Ben Kingsley is awesome and this film is a true testament to his acting ability. Robert Downey Jr is brilliant as always. 5/5

Doctor Who (1996)

I actually enjoyed this film, I didn't think would. Sure it's dated now but it somehow manages to keep the excitement and buzz of a madman with a box. Best of the Best is brilliant as The Master where he portrays the psychopathic role brilliantly 4/5

Kick Ass (2010)

I really don't like this film, I mean it's the 2nd time I've watched it and I still don't like it. It's over-rated, I can't stand all the fake American accents, Nicholas Cage annoys me, Hit Girl is OTT, I think the soundtrack doesn't go with the film... Saying that, it does have some funny moments, a great cast and an ok story. I really wish I liked it. 3/5

The Wolverine (2013) [Cinema]

Has the whole X-Men mutant story been done to death? Apparently not! The Wolverine is a pretty sweet film which shows off some spectacular scenes in Japan (More like a tourist video). The ending reminded me of Iron Man, the robot just needed to fly!! 3/5

This Is The End (2013) [Cinema]

I always like it when celebrities play extravagant versions themselves in shows and films. I loved this film partly because I had no idea this film existed until about an hour before I saw it and that I didn't really know what it was about (the best way to watch a film). With plenty of hilarious movements and brilliant conversations this film has to be 5/5.

Oblivion (2013)

I enjoyed this film it's different. Well Tom is the same but it's a good story with an interesting twist. 3/5

G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013)

Honestly?? They delayed the film a year? Disappointed, I really enjoyed rise of the cobra but this was a let down. It was like there's no cohesion between the 2 films. Seriously we're are all the original cast members? That dude from Lost? That dude from White Chicks? and that dude from Day after tomorrow? Where were they all? Letdown 2/5

Bhaag Milkha Bhaag (2013)

An absolutely brilliant true story of a man who lost his family during the India/Pakistan partition with his journey through hard times and his rise to athletic success. The film perfectly captures the story of Milkha Singh who is better known as The Flying Sikh I loved this film and can't wait to watch it again! 5/5

The Karate Kid (1984)

The original and undoubtably a classic. This is one of my all time favourite films. The cast is perfect, soundtrack is simply amazing and the Good v Bad story works flawlessly. 5/5

Superman/Batman: Apocalypse (2010)

This’ll is my first DC Comics animation and I'm greatly impressed. The story is great Batman is badass (nothing like in The Dark Knight trilogy). Is just just me or is Superman a bit of a wuss in the film? Being a Superman fan I was expecting Kal El to be epic and Badaas.

Also, when the team travel to Apokolips to get Kara back from Darkseid, weren't they on a different planet? Doesn't Clark and Kara get their powers from the yellow sun? Apparently not... 3/5

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs (2009)

Superbly brilliant. Everything about Cloudy is perfect. The cast is great, the soundtrack is awesome and I love it. I can't wait until my boys are old enough to watch it! 5/5

The Purge (2013)

This film is so rubbish it's brilliant. I've never seen a film with so much potential thrown down the drain. Start off great but I was bored after the initial start. It's a shame really. 2/5

Despicable Me (2010)

My Minions! Watching this film 3 years on from its release date, I have to admit that I don't really get the hype.

Sure it's got a great cast and the story is ok but that's about it. I really didn't like the soundtrack which I felt didn't gel with the film or gain any story of emotional response that Pixar are so naturally good at. Overall I'm glad I've watched it and look forward to Despicable Me 2. 4/5

The Hand That Rocks The Cradle (1992)

Gotta love cheesy 90s horror films. At the time they were quite scary but they are quite dated now. Still it was worth a watch. 3/5

30 Minutes or Less (2011)

It's quite funny and has some comic moments. It has a good cast but the film isn't really memorable, I've already forgotten what happens. 3/5

Olympus Has Fallen (2013)

Holy moly, talk about action! It's a good film with cheesy bits. It's like Die Hard but except Bruce Willis, they sent in a Sparan to save The President. God Bless you, God bless the United States of America 4/5
