X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014)

The perfect continuation from First Class and The Wolverine. Time Travel, Robots, Patrick Stewart... What's not to love? 5/5

X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)

It's great to finally see a backstory to Logan and it ties in nicely with the rest of the X-Men world. Wolverine is still the best character! 4/5

X-Men: First Class (2011)

A brilliant film, I've been avoiding any more X-Men films as I thought they had been done to death but this is different, it's almost relaunched the brand. I can't wait to see Days of Future Past. 5/5

The Raid: Redemption (2011)

Has it really been 2 years since I saw this? It would explain why I forgot about so many awesome scenes. Still epic, still fantastic and I look forward to The Raid 2. 5/5

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (2014)

Wow! Visually stunning and a perfect continuation from the first film. I feel it's still too soon from the Toby Maguire franchise but this is standing on it's own two feel nicely. 5/5

Planes (2013)

A great family film and a perfect continuation (sort of) from Cars. My kids will love this film when they're a bit older! 4/5

Man of Steel (2013)

Superb! I've seen Man of steel a few times and and it's still amazing! With a great reboot, cast and story this has to get 5/5.

The Killing Room (2009)

Wow this was boring. I normally love these kind of experiment films but there was nothing here. I've already forgotten what happened. 2/5

The Seven Year Itch (1955)

The Seven Year Itch (1955) - IMDb

It's quite an iconic film as it contained one of Marilyn Monroe's most famous scenes. The Subway Dress

The 60-Year Itch: Re-watching The Seven Year Itch on Its 60th Anniversary | Vanity Fair

Otherwise the film is ok but clearly dated, people talking to themselves.. Seems a bit odd now but I imagine it to be perfectly normal in the 50's. I'm glad I've watched it as I can now see how modern day films have captured ideas and inspirations from these classics. 3/5

Some Like It Hot (1959)

Surprisingly, I've never seen a Marilyn Monroe film before and what a way to start! Some Like it hot is an absolute classic with a great cast and story. 4/5
