The Last Stand (2013)

A pretty good Arnie film.  It really wasn't what I was expecting... it actually had a decent story line with a good cast. 3/5

Fast Five (2011)

Ridiculous, over the top and mental are a few words I can use to describe this film... In fact all Fast films. This is no exception! Mental! 4/5

Danny Collins (2015)

I loved this, I really did! I love that Pachino is awesome as usual, I love that it's very loosely based on a true story and it goes to show that it's never too late. Whoohaaa 4/5

Pound of Flesh (2015)

Van Damme gets his kidney stolen then he goes on a killing rampage with a Bible in hand to get it back... 2/5

One of my favourite Christmas films, it's made so well and timeless. This is the first time my kids saw this film and they loved it. Santa, Elves, North Pole.... What's not to love? 3/5

The Intern (2015)

This film just confirmed the thing that we all know is true,  Robert De Niro is a superb actor and like a fine wine he's aged with perfection.  This film really suited him unlike Righteous Kill which felt like 2 guys grumbling for 2 hours.

The film perfectly blends the old and new, the old being the traditional gentleman qualities with the convenes of all the modern technological advances. And De Niro is testament to that.

All in all, a great film which I've been looking forward to ever since I've seen the trailer. I really hope they make a sequel. 5/5

Spectre (2015)

What a great Bond film! It's got action, adventure and it even connects with the previous Daniel Craig films.  In fact, Spectre makes Quantum and Skyfall that little bit more important to the overall story. 5/5

Casino Royale (2006)

I'm preparation for Spectre I watched casino Royale again... and you know what? I'm so glad I did. This is such a brilliant film right from the get go.  Bond is back and more brutal than ever. 5/5

Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation

2015 seems to be the season of the secret underground organisation films... First this then Spectre...  Rogue Nation is good but not better than the previous film. 3/5

Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)

Marvel really are on fire. I can't wait for Civil War next year. 5/5

A brilliant sequal to a brilliant film. It just keeps getting better and better 5/5

Great film, was difficult to get into, but after the first 20 minutes it got good! Capuchino at his finest. 5/5

Van Damme: In Hell (2003)

Not one of Van Dammes best films but he did go from wuss to bad ass with slick back hair after a shit training montage. 2/5

The Riot Club (2014)

A really good film about rich spoilt private school educated Oxford students. Captivating film with a great cast 5/5

Identity Thief (2013)

Pretty funny at time, fun and full of quick whitty comedy. 3/5

Project Almanac (2014)

I really wasn't expecting to like this film... Sure another teenage found footage time travel film where shit goes bad but this was surprisingly good. I find myself thinking about the film and what-ifs - I need to watch it again. 4/5

Star Wars Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi (1983)

Classic and superb, I must have seen this 100 times. I really want to watch the original film without all the new special fx. 5/5

Jupiter Ascending (2015)

Visually spectacular, a true Wachowski film in all senses. I'm not sure why it bombed at the box office but I really enjoyed it. 5/5

Kingsman: The Secret Service (2014)

Entertaining and it's easy to see that Kingsman could become a series of films... Cough Cough Bond....

However... I didn't like it. The more I watched the more it pissed me off, much in the same way as Kick Ass. 2/5

Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)

Bit boring compared to the first, although we did get to see Yoda. Still a classic. 4/5

In preparation for the new Star Wars film, I'm going to watch the previous 6.... In the correct order.
I must have seen this about 100 times but there's still so much that happens that I don't remember.

A brilliant film and still hard to believe that it was made in '77. 5/5

Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)

Fantastic, a perfect continuation from The Winter Soldier. The team have evolved and it's nice to see them actually having some down time.

So much happened that I actually need to see it again, in the cinema. Marvel really have smashed it! 5/5

Hot Tub Time Machine 2 (2015)

Time travel and wacky jokes, what's not to love? Not as good as the original but still bundles of fun. Totally bonkers 3/5

Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)

A really really good film, So much better than the first. Falcon was awesome too... I just missed the rest of The Avengers! 5/5

Kickboxer (1989)

A Van Damme Classic, terrible acting but the martial arts makes up for it, brill 3/5

Fast and Furious 7 (2015)

A fitting tribute to Paul Walker. The film itself in true Fast and Furious style is brilliant. It's ridiculously over the top and that's what I want to see. Brilliant 5/5
